Introduction

This iPad app is for companies or individuals that want to make it easy to get participants to sign a release and indemnity form. It is a sound practice to use this release widely in your activities.

How To Use

You simply launch Simple Liability on the iPad, and fill out the Event Organizer (YOU), Event Name, Event Dates, Event Location, and any additional notes in the provided fields. Then, you hand the iPad to the participant and they fill out their Name, the Date and they sign their name. If the participant is under 18 years of age, you should have their parent or guardian sign instead. Next, tap the e-mail button and e-mail the participant a copy of the completed form (if you like send yourself a copy too). The newly created liability and indemnity agreement is stored in the popular PDF format and is an attachment to the e-mail.

How To Delete a Bad Signature

Tips For a Good Signature

We have found that small strokes make for the best signatures and to take your time signing. You will be very happy with the result.

Note: While the inputted information is stored temporarily until you tap on clear. If you close the app and reopen the signature will not be saved during this time. It is important to e-mail the finished liability and indemnity agreement upon receiving the iPad back from the person signing.
